Editor’s Questions:
General:
Q: Do you cater to cash-only physician practices?
A: Yes.

Q: What makes your product different from all the other EMR/PM systems on the market?
A: Solutionreach is not an EMR or PM system. We are a Patient Engagement System (PES) and we tie in to your current EMR/PM. We connect you with your patients through text, email and voice calls to significantly decrease no-shows and increase on-time arrivals. You will also get a Patient Portal that you can securely message with your patients through the portal and your patients can see what their balance is.

Q: Available as true white label, with no URL directs away from my website? Fees?
A: You can have a link to our portal directly on your website, but it would not be a white label. There are no additional fees for the portal.

Q: Can the patient request appointment times from my calendar?
A: Patients can request specific appointment times, but it will not automatically book an appointment that is tied to your EMR calendar.

Q: Offer Waiting List function?
A: No.

Q: Offer appointment reminders via email/text?
A: This is what our greatest strength is and it is at the core of our offering. Our automated reminders and confirmation requests reduce no-shows by 70% on average.

Q: Can the patient choose which types of alerts they want to opt into/out of?
A: Yes.  It is very customizable in that way.

Q: Can the patient enter their own allergies and current medications?
A: Yes, they can use the Portal to send secure messages with that type of information. You could then enter that into your EMR.

Q: Offer customizable forms and document upload capability?
A: No, patients can download forms through the portal, but there is not the capability to upload those forms. They would need to fax them to you.

Q: Message/ticket system for question exchange?
A: You can message patients back and forth through the portal, but it doesn’t create a ticket system. When someone messages you through the portal, it will send you an email alert that you have a secure message waiting in the portal and then you can login to see it.

Q: Offer legal consent forms with e-signature capability?
A: Our iPad app does this for you.

Q: Offer live video, text, email or fax functions?
A: No for video and fax.  Yes for text.

Practice Management (PM):
Q: Can patients self-pay online via credit card in their patient portal?
A: No.

Q: Are the patients provided with an invoice with CPT codes?
A: No, the invoice and codes would need to be generated in your EMR.

System:
Q: Is it cloud based and mobile-responsive?
A: Yes.

Q: What format is used to export patient information into another system?
A: We don’t do that.

Q: How often is my information backed up/How many servers do you have?
A: Your EMR will be what you want to back up, however, our sync information is stored on a virtual system with highly redundant infrastructure… which is fancy talk for “it won’t crash”.

Q: What support will I have/extra fees?
A: No extra fees.

Pricing:
Q: What is your monthly fee?
A: $379/mo billed after the first month.  We offer a price for life guarantee.

Q: What is your initial setup/implementation fee?
A: $399 setup fee.

Q: Do you require a contract/how long?
A: 2 year agreement with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. You can cancel in the first 60 days if you are unhappy for any reason and we will refund the monthly fees you paid.

Q: What is the cost of adding additional physicians at a later date?
A: The initial license is good for up to 3 practitioners at no additional cost. After that, it is $49/mo for each additional practitioner.

Q: Are there any other fees for any other services/functions that I have not asked about?
A: No.

Summary:
Q: Are there any other important features of your system that I haven’t asked about?
A: Custom surveys with smart alerts/reports (these can be used as questionnaires),
ASAP Messaging to fill late cancellations, newsletters and custom group messaging, patient mapping, birthday messaging.
