Q: Do you cater to cash-only physician practices?
A: We can do cash-only practices as well as insurance.
Q: What makes your product different from all the other PM systems on the market?
A: We are PM only that can be connected to your EMR.
Practice Management (PM):
Q: Can patients self-pay online via credit card in their patient portal?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Are the patients provided with an invoice with CPT codes?
A: You can give the patient a “walkout sheet” with those codes so that they can send to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Q: Can I export my invoices into Quicken?
A: Not at this time. You have a reporting function that will give you all of the information on your Accounts Receivables.
Q: Is it cloud based and mobile-responsive?
A: We are cloud based.
Q: What format is used to export patient information into another system?
A: We send you an Excel format to extract your information from your current system.
Q: How often is my information backed up/How many servers do you have?
A: We have 7 server locations around the country that are backing each other up every 30 minutes everyday.
Q: What support will I have/extra fees?
A: We offer support via phone, live chat or email through our office in Atlanta, GA.
Q: What is your monthly fee?
A: The fee depends on the number of features that you wish to include.
Q: What is your initial setup/implementation fee?
A: Initial setup is $300 and training is $400 for videos and 5 hours with a coach.
Q: Do you require a contract/how long?
A: We do require a one year contract.
Q: What is the cost of adding additional physicians at a later date?
A: Once again, this depends on the features that you wish to include for the additional physician.
Q: Any features currently in development that will be added soon?
A: We do two major upgrades to the system per year and numerous feature upgrades throughout the year.
