A: E-prescribing via Sure Scripts.

A: We offer live video, instant message/text and email capabilities.

Q: Can patients self-pay online via credit card in their patient portal?
A: Yes, with our partner CollaborateMD. The patient’s credit card is kept on file.

Q: If so, which merchant processor do you use, and what are their fees?
A: We use Authorize.Net as payment gateway and the processor is Cardflex.

System:
Q: Is it cloud based and mobile-responsive?
A: Yes.

Q: What format is used to export patient information into another system?
A: You can export the data using PDF or CCD as XML. We offer free data import.

Pricing:
Q: What is your monthly fee?
A: The license fee is $499/month per provider or if you have 1,000 active patients and interested in the patient subscription model it would be $69/annual per patient.

Q: What is your initial setup/implementation fee?
A: There is a $1,500 training and implementation fee (includes the EMR and Patient Portal).
