Q: Do you cater to cash-only physician practices?
A: Yes and if you ever decide to accept insurance in the future, we are more than able to make those changes with your practice.
Q: What makes your product different from all the other EMR/PM systems on the market?
A: Web-based that allows you to access both clinical and finical data anywhere you have internet access. We have an integrated system, all information is congruent and up to date. We have the ability to grow with your practice. If you decide to open up multiple locations or add on multiple doctors, we have the capabilities to easily add them. We check insurance eligibility and confirm appointments for you. We also have a fully encrypted Patient Portal is HIPPA-compliant and meets all confidentiality requirements. Patients can make payments through the portal via credit card. Patients can also request appointments and wait-list, send urgent messages, review visit history and access patient information about certain conditions.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Patient Portal:
Q: Include e-prescribing and labs? If so, which vendors do you use/extra fees?
A: E-prescribe through SureScripts ($59/mo). Labs are through Labcorps Quest, and just about any other lab and first two integrations are free.
Q: Work with Dragon/other speech recognition software?
Q: Available as true white label, with no URL directs away from my website? Fees?
A: Yes, no extra fees for this.
Q: Can the patient request appointment times from my calendar?
A: Yes, they can request an appointment but not book it.
Q: Offer Waiting List function?
Q: Offer appointment reminders via email/text?
Q: Can the patient choose which types of alerts they want to opt into/out of?
Q: Can the patient enter their own allergies and current medications?
A: No, but you have access through our ePrescribe module, all of the medications that they are on will automatically be added to the patient’s chart.

A: We have the same security as the Federal Banking System. We backup info every hour across multiples servers in 6 different states.

A: Phone, email, chat support is available at no extra cost.

A: ICD-10 updates and Patient Portal updates. Just released the iPad and iPhone application update.
